Shipping & Returns


All our orders are put into food grade plastic and then double sealed in 250 gauge polythene. We ship all our packages in heavy duty cardboard boxes / polythene envelopes to try and ensure your orders reaches you in the condition we sent it in.

Orders under £20 are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class Business Mail,
Orders over £20 are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class Business mail with tracking and insurance.

We aim to dispatch the same or next day except any orders placed after 10pm on Thursday will usually get shipped on Monday morning. We do sometimes do Saturday post office runs, but we can’t promise we can every week.

Our cultures have been proven to work fine being sent by 2nd class post. So please do not worry. If your culture does not work as expected, we will always replace it free of charge.

We currently ship to UK & Europe ONLY. Anything sent outside of the UK is sent with full tracking and must be signed for.

We have been unsuccessful shipping to the USA and Canada due to custom restrictions.  

Shipping to Europe Costs £12.20. Please note that in the instance of a refund/return, we are unable to refund shipping charges.


We offer a 7 day return policy. We do ask that the products are returned in the original sealed packaging. If you have opened your order and taken it out the packaging, we are unable to process your order as a return. You must pay the return postage for any orders sent back to us.


On the rare occasion something is lost or damaged in the post, we will offer a full refund on your payment. If you are dissatisfied or unhappy with your order from us. Please get in touch to discuss how we can resolve any problems with you. We care about our products and our customers.
